On music.

Sat Sep 12, 2009, 4:11 PM
What is it about certain music that moves us?
Just....the sounds, of notes falling and reaching, pressing a certain way on the air.
There's a piece of us that takes it in, and it moves it around in our bodies to that part in our ribcage, where it gets stuck,
And it pushes it out, and it resonates, and we feel it.
It forces our emotions to drip out of that crevice in our mind that they've been keeping safe and dry in,
And we suddenly feel so vulnerable
And that pressure in our ribcage,
Well, it's opening up a part of us only we thought we knew
But the music knows it too
And we're moved to a place that we don't recognize

But maybe, we don't mind.

Hey Tesia, welcome back!
I just wanted to let you know that your pictures are so inspiring. I think it's the way that you capture everything so naturally. Nothing seemed staged. It's refreshing. Just thought you should know.
